We recommend visiting between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. We do lock our doors in the evenings. If you need a door opened for you, just call
(423) 892-1020 and someone will let you in. 

What are your visiting hours?

Housekeeping (including laundry) is done on a weekly basis. 

How often is housekeeping?

We have a beautician available Wednesday-Friday, 8:30-4:00. Appointments are made with Wanda Ellis. 

Is there someone who provides haircuts?

There are no limits to guests. However, if you plan on dining at our facility during your visit, we ask that you notify our office manager, Tina Walters, so that we are able to prepare the right amount of food. 

Is there a limit to the number of guests residents can have?

Our multi-purpose room is available for reservations. Contact Tina Walters to check availability. 

Can we reserve private space?

Leashed pets are welcome to visit!

Can pets visit?

Mail is delivered to residents personally on a daily basis except for weekends and holidays.

Consider using our Send a Greeting feature on the website. You can choose from a variety of postcards to fill out and mail to your loved one for a small fee or you may type a message and through email, send us your email greeting that we will hand deliver to your loved one residing in our facility. Our email feature is free of charge.

How do I send mail to a resident?

For the safety and welfare of all residents and staff, we are a non-smoking facility. There are designated smoking areas in the outdoor areas.

Is smoking permitted in the facility?

You can park anywhere in our parking lot. None of the spaces are reserved. There are 2 handicap spots provided near the door should you need them. 

Where should I park when I come to visit?

Telephones may be installed in the resident rooms. It is purchased seperately through Comcast. 

Do the residents have telephone access?

We have cable television available to our residents in the lobbies. Digital antennas can be used for local channels, but cable television must be purchased separately through Comcast. We have a technician available to do the setup and to fix any technical issues that may arise.
